The team reconfigured the chart of accounts to support advanced financial dimensions for tracking profitability by revenue type, venue location, and business segment. Custom revenue recognition rules were implemented using the subscription billing module to handle season ticket deferrals and multi-year sponsorship contracts. Integration with the ticketing platform was re-architected using Logic Apps and Azure Service Bus for real-time revenue posting. Financial reporting was enhanced with Power BI integration providing executive dashboards for ownership and meeting league financial reporting requirements. Data migration included seven years of historical transactions with full reconciliation, and the team conducted parallel runs during the off-season to ensure accuracy before
